What does NSI propose?
Start with the five dimensions, then examine why a favorable result is not sufficient evidence of a good decision.

NSI.GOLD explores the relationship between market context, human physiology and decision-making. Begin with the questions, understand the limits, then follow the evidence.
THE IDEA / THE BOUNDARY
The Nervous System Indicator is a proposed interdisciplinary research framework developed by Gabriel Nicolaev – CyGuru. It organizes questions about threat, reward, cognitive control, social influence and recovery in the context of financial decisions.
The framework asks how a person's state and environment may relate to the consistency of their decisions. It offers a structure for investigation; the names of its dimensions do not establish that each can already be measured reliably.
NSI is not an independently validated medical or financial prediction system. A market chart cannot reveal a trader's nervous-system state, and a physiological observation does not by itself predict the next gold-price movement.

Start with the five dimensions, then examine why a favorable result is not sufficient evidence of a good decision.
Learn to distinguish a plausible mechanism, an experimental observation and a validated application.
Build market context through liquidity, macroeconomic conditions and behavioral interpretation.
FIVE PROPOSED DIMENSIONS
How does perceived financial threat relate to departures from a prespecified risk plan?
How might anticipated gains relate to risk-taking and adherence to a decision procedure?
How do competing demands and attention relate to the execution of a stated plan?
When do other people’s opinions influence the interpretation of market information?
How might sleep, fatigue and recovery relate to decision consistency over time?
These are research questions, not diagnostic categories or established predictive scores.
READ WITH A RESEARCH MINDSET
Check the cited study, its participants, task and measurements. What did it directly observe?
Identify the step from the source finding to the article’s explanation. What alternative explanations remain?
Ask what new experiment would test an NSI proposal and what result would contradict it.
